Features of operation of horizontal wells depending on the geological and physical conditions

Presents a review of geological features of the deposits in Western Siberia. It is noted that the main volume of horizontal drilling falls on the Neocomian complex. It is revealed that the full efficiency of horizontal drilling is manifested in adverse geological and physical conditions. However, modification of traditional approaches to horizontal drilling is necessary to obtain the effect.
