This article discusses the problem of pregnancy development in women with arterial hypotension against the background of the development of extragenital diseases. This article is a description of a study conducted with patients living in two different climatic regions - within the city of Osh and in the highlands of the Chon-Alai district of Osh region (Kyrgyzstan). As is known, in the pathogenesis of pregnancy complications caused by arterial hypotension, the leading importance is attached to vascular disorders and microcirculation disorders, leading to systemic hemodynamic shifts in the pregnant woman's body. The study found that the development of pregnancy in women living in high-altitude areas is accompanied by adaptive restructuring in the form of an increase in red blood cells and hemoglobin. The results of the study are presented, the purpose of which was to identify significant factors: against the background of arterial hypotension and extragenital diseases, the condition of pregnant women worsens, causing additional hypoxia in the pregnant woman and fetus and in the postpartum period.
