The purpose of the present work was to study questions connected with peculiarities of endothelial dysfunction in patients with gout. Anticoagulant and fibrinolytic activities and activity of Villebrand factor were investigated. We have revealled endothelial dysfunction, which expressiveness decreased after 3-months treatment in patients with gout.
