In the context of the coronavirus pandemic, small and medium-sized businesses have been particularly hard hit, since they are not as resilient as large businesses. Organizations have faced such difficulties as the transition to a telecommuting format, overtime work, material difficulties. In the current conditions, it is especially important to revise the strategy of personnel policy, optimize costs and apply the mentoring mechanism.
