Cardiohemodynamics indicators were registered via 10-11 year old athletes’ rheogram recorded in the supine position. Two groups of athletes were surveyed: one attending youth sport school of Ak Bars Ice Hockey Club during 4 years (n = 21) and another one not involved in sports (n = 20). According to research results, regular hockey training increases heart pump effectiveness in young males, stimulates blood flow to the heart during diastole, and reduces sympathetic activity during relaxation. This can be explained by training activity of young hockey players which requires a lot from sympathetic sector of visceral nervous system. Research results demonstrate features of long-term adaptation of athletes’ cardiovascular system to training workloads.
