Features of career orientations of employees with various professional status

In the article the concept of the career, career orientations were analysed. Career concept is considered from the position of vital selfdetermination. Results of research of distinctions of career orientations, features of the person at the employees of the enterprise were generalised. Distinctions of career orientations are considered at employees with various professional status. In research 60 employees of the enterprise took part: 30 employees and 30 employees of working specialities. Received results and conclusions can be used at planning of the employees career.
