Peculiarities of clinical- functional and clinical-social indices of cad patients adaptation before and after coronary artery bypass grafting in dependence on personal anxiety level

The study of peculiarities of personal reaction of 101 CAD patients before coronary artery bypass grafting revealed prevalence of destructive reaction forms (81.1% of patients). Aggravated dynamics of clinicalsocial and clinical -functional characteristics in CAD patients after the surgery is associated with high level of anxiety. High level of anxiety is in turn associated with frequent psychic ( neurotic and depressive) disturbances in the history of CAD patients and worsen adaptation possibilities one year after the surgery.
