Bodies of constitutional jurisdiction within the system of the supreme authorities of the state

Purpose: To analyze the roles of the bodies of specialized constitutional control in ensuring principle of separation of powers and their competence interrelations with political authorities of the state power, to investigate main forms of impact of the bodies of the constitutional jurisdiction on the activity of other supreme authorities of the state power. Methodology: The comparative legal and formal-legal research methods are applied in this article. Results: Such forms of impact of the body of constitutional jurisdiction on the activity of the other supreme authorities of the state power as exercising of its powers related to the control of the constitutionality of acts of the mentioned authorities as well as control of ensuring separation of powers by solving disputes regarding competence in particular, exercising powers connected with bringing to the constitutional and legal responsibility the supreme authorities of the state power (the highest-level leaders) for violation of the Constitution, developing legal views which have imperative and obligatory meaning in the activity of all supreme authorities of the state power, have been investigated by the author. Novelty/originality/value: Scientific and practical effect of the article have been expressed in analysis of the role of the bodies of the constitutional jurisdiction in the state mechanism as well as in the analysis of the specific features of their competence interrelations with the supreme authorities of the state power.
