Features of the concept of integrated development territories and its specificity in housing construction in the comprehensive development of urban areas

Currently, the municipalities do not have the resources to independently engineering prepare large plots of land, to ensure their backbone networks and infrastructure. Local authorities have to appeal to the higher authorities, but they can't find solutions to their problems. A real alternative to high-rise construction, formulated the decisive Federal and regional authorities tasks, can serve the projects of integrated development of territories. The first steps in this direction have already made the administration of some of the largest cities.
