Annotation The main content of the study includes analysis of social and labor conflicts in modern pedagogical collectives. This article highlights and describes the characteristic features of conflicts in the educational sector. The purpose of this study is to examine in detail the causes of conflicts, as well as their prevention and solutions. The author gives a generalized description of conflict situations.
