The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the competitive struggle of the leading TNCs in the fashion industry in the context of the digital transformation of the global clothing market. The individual features of business models and competitive behavior of the three leading TNCs in the fashion industry - Inditex, H&M, Fast Retailing - have been investigated. The characteristic features of the competition of the leading TNCs in the fashion industry in the context of the digitalization of the industry are revealed. It was revealed that the external factors in comparison with the internal ones determine the characteristics of the competitive struggle of the leading TNCs in the fashion industry.
