Features of constitutional and legal structure of the economic basis of local government

Article is devoted to questions to identification of specifics of local government. On the basis of the analysis of structural elements of an economic basis problem aspects of their formation also come to light and the approach to process of improvement of legislative activity allowing to strengthen an economic basis, in particular its components ˗ property and financial and also to consider the interests of the population on implementation of local government is offered.
