Features of the control of students’ knowledge in the educational process of the university

To date, such problems as a wrong understanding of the essence of this process, the use of one-type control systems, the presence of a subjective opinion when monitoring students’ knowledge, the lack of clearly justified criteria for evaluating and controlling students' knowledge have been identified in the students’ knowledge control system. The article reveals the problem of students’ knowledge in the educational process of universities, which in recent years has become the most relevant for students of many educational institutions of the country.
