Features corporate governance in joint stock companies with state participation

In this article special attention is paid to issues of corporate governance in joint-stock companies with state participation, as well as mechanisms of the influence of the share of ownership equity on the profitability index corporation. The issues of full accounting of strategic and other program documents of public authorities and management at various levels are considered. Recommendations are proposed for determining the most preferable share of state property in the corporation’s capital.
