Along with the establishment of new economic mechanisms of functioning, most industrial enterprises are now experiencing processes of secondary internal integration, coordination, the formation of new rules, procedures and standards of behavior - all that is customarily attributed to corporate culture. But is corporate culture today a form of enterprise adaptation to new conditions? Does it in its current state contribute to the development and achievement of new business goals? Has the corporate culture of modern enterprises undergone a fundamental reform in comparison with the traditional culture of Soviet enterprises?
