Features of adjusting customs value

This article discusses the essence of the concept of adjusting the customs value of goods, as well as explores the conditions for the occurrence of additional verification to amend the goods declaration. The statistics of court disputes arising in customs are given. Decisions made by arbitration courts are examined using the provisions of the customs legislation of the Russian Federation. The main causes of disputes related to the adjustment of customs value are analyzed.
