The article deals with the issues of criminological prevention of crimes related to illicit drug trafficking committed using information and telecommunication technologies, characterized by the constant emergence of new platforms and methods of contactless sale of drugs and psychotropic substances. The features of drug trafficking committed via the global Internet are analyzed, the activities carried out, proposals are made for their improvement taking into account the dynamics of crime in this area, latency and variety of ways to commit them. The necessary comprehensive approach is indicated, which makes it possible to counteract this negative phenomenon, which affects public authorities and legislation.
