Peculiarities of qualification of failure of parental responsibilities

Some issues of the legal qualification of failure of parental responsibility are considered in the article. For this purpose, court decisions on related cases have been studied and analyzed, as well as the survey among officers of internal affairs bodies has been conducted. The problems of the legal qualification of failure of parental responsibility as well as their distinction between adjacent corpora delicti and administrative offences are identified and proposes on addressing these problems are made by the authors
