This article discusses and analyzes the main aspects related to the implementation of recommendations to ensure the personal safety of employees who ensure the safety of citizens and the elimination of the consequences of natural and man - made emergencies. The problems of ensuring the safety of life and health of citizens, as well as public safety, have also been submitted for consideration.
