Crime relating to suicide of minors: personality characteristics of criminals

In the article, the authors proposed a new classification of personality types of criminals in the crime provided for in Part 2 of Article 110 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. On the basis of investigative and judicial practice, three categories of persons are identified who are inherent in the commission of this crime. Criminal-victim interaction and his/her influence on the victim is the key insight in the differentiation.
