The article presents the results of the research revealing the peculiarities of cadet’s personality development, characteristics connected with cadet’s personality harmony and factorizes them. The authors reveal and describe psychological conditions of harmonization of the MIA cadets’ personality development: cadets’ possession of motivation to harmonic development, subjectness of their personality and its reflexivity.
