The article examines the analysis of the creation and operation of the centers. In our opinion, this model has significant practical and theoretical value, allowing us to develop an algorithm for the establishment of such centers. The study of the theoretical foundations, content and specifics of integrated logistics distribution centers for agricultural products, as well as the features of logistics management of logistics processes for facilities with different functionality. Production, sale and consumption of products are not only interconnected, but also depend on each other. With the development of society and the transition to commoditymoney relations, all types of trade, including wholesale, were improved. Many manufacturers remain isolated and sell their products on their own, often unaware of market conditions, which allows intermediaries to buy goods at discounted prices and make a profit on resale. The program will need to address many complex issues, including those related to intermediary relations between producers and consumers. The key criteria for choosing a logistical approach in managing material flows at an enterprise have been identified. The analysis of organizational supply structures revealed the main advantages and disadvantages of their use in both large and small companies. Competition in the food market is intensifying, and given the quality and storage methods, enterprises are required to implement effective methods to optimize these processes. The effectiveness of this task is achieved through distribution centers, which play an important role in the logistics cycle and help improve the quality of service.
