Features of macroeconomic development and transformation of the pension system of Kyrgyzstan in the conditions of Eurasian integration

An analysis of the macroeconomic development of Kyrgyzstan within the EAEU was carried out. Trends in pension provision, factors for the growth of the average size of pensions, and a decrease in the pension replacement rate have been identified. Particular attention is paid to the assessment of government measures for indexation and consistent increase in pensions. An assessment of the transformation of the pension system in the direction of strengthening its savings and insurance component is presented. The factors of achieving a balanced budget of the country's Social Fund and its impact on the pension system are revealed. Based on a comparative analysis of the EAEU member states, a direct dependence of their pension provision on the results of macroeconomic development has been established.
