In this article, the authors consider the concept of a "marketing plan", the problems caused by the lack of a marketing plan, as well as the pros and cons of a marketing plan. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that the heads of small businesses do not always decide to develop a marketing plan, which may eventually lead to the bankruptcy of the company. However, it is necessary for every company, because a well-designed marketing plan helps to attract customers, and at the same time, increase profits. In the materials of the article, the authors present several steps that can be used in drawing up a marketing planning strategy for a small business entity.
