This article discusses the specifics of the industrial market, which distinguishes it from the consumer market, highlights the main features of the sale of goods and services in the industrial market. The conclusion is substantiated that ineffective management of the marketing activities of a manufacturing enterprise can cause low demand for products and, as a result, a decrease in the profits of the enterprise, lack of brand recognition and awareness of the product.
