The features of medical services as object of civil rights

In the article, the author conducts an analysis of special signs of medical care as an object of civil rights. Its common features with all services and its special features that allow distinguishing from other types of services are defined. It was concluded that the medical service is a complex object of civil rights, which affects valuable personal non-material benefits - the life and health of the patient.
