Features of medical services as an object of civil rights

In the article, the author analyzes the special features of medical services as an object of civil rights. Its common features with all the services specified in the norms of civil legislation have been determined. Its special features have also been identified, which make it possible to distinguish it from other types of services. Such features are defined in the norms of special legislation and make it possible to distinguish it from medical care. It is concluded that a medical service is a complex object of civil rights, which affects valuable personal non-property benefits - the life and health of the patient.
