The Article is devoted to the study of the formation of business processes in the enterprise using the process approach. All stages of organization of business processes in the company are considered and indicators of efficiency and effectiveness of processes are defined. An individual system of indicators is developed for each specific enterprise, which allows for a comprehensive assessment of the processes.
