Features of measures to prevent mercenary crimes on the Moscow metro implemented by the ministry of internal affairs

The article deals with the specifics of the prevention of mercenary crimes by the Department of Internal Affairs units on the Moscow Metro, taking into account the introduction of information and telecommunications technologies, digital recording equipment, facial recognition systems. The author submits proposals to improve the preventive activities of the internal affairs bodies.
