Особенности методики анализа и оценки финансового состояния предприятий нефтегазовой отрасли

Вопросы оценки и управления финансовым состоянием хозяйствующих субъектов сегодня особо актуальны в связи с высокой волатильностью внешней деловой и национальной среды, поэтому выбор методики анализа для такой оценки является одной из важнейших задач финансового менеджмента любой компании. В наибольшей степени изменение внешней среды функционирования сказывается на компаниях сырьевого бизнеса, в настоящем исследовании это предприятия нефтегазовой отрасли. В качестве цели исследования поставлена оценка сложившихся сегодня современных методов анализа финансового состояния коммерческой организации и эффективность их применения для предприятий нефтегазовой отрасли с учетом актуального состояния деловой и финансовой среды. В рамках системного подхода использованы методы логического сравнительно анализа и синтеза, индукции и дедукции, графической интерпретации взаимосвязей. Результатами исследования являются выводы и рекомендации о применении и сочетании современных методов анализа финансового состояния при его оценке по данным предприятий нефтегазовой отрасли с учетом актуальной специфики деловой среды и перспектив ее изменения, в том числе апробированные на конкретных данных крупного участника отрасли. Выводы и рекомендации настоящего исследования могут быть применены в системе финансового менеджмента и анализа предприятий нефтегазового сектора, а также специалистами в области научных аналитических работ отраслевой направленности. С учетом специфики функционирования предприятий нефтегазового сектора, а также современных волатильных тенденций развития деловой и финансовой среды в экономике и указанной отрасли, проведение анализа финансового состояния предприятий данной сферы требует оптимального сочетания различных приемов и методов финансового анализа. Варианты такого сочетания современных методик выработаны и апробированы к условиям отрасли в настоящем исследовании.

Peculiarities of methods of analysis and assessment of financial condition of oil and gas industry enterprises
The issues of assessing and managing the financial condition of economic entities are especially relevant today due to the high volatility of the external business and national environment, therefore, the choice of an analysis methodology for such an assessment is one of the most important tasks of the financial management of any company. To the greatest extent, the change in the external environment of functioning affects the companies of the raw materials business, in this study these are enterprises of the oil and gas industry. The purpose of the study is to assess the current methods of analyzing the financial condition of a commercial organization and the effectiveness of their application for enterprises in the oil and gas industry, taking into account the current state of the business and financial environment. Within the framework of the system approach, methods of logical comparative analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, graphical interpretation of relationships were used. The results of the study are conclusions and recommendations on the application and combination of modern methods for analyzing the financial condition when assessing it according to data from enterprises in the oil and gas industry, taking into account the current specifics of the business environment and the prospects for its change, including those tested on specific data from a large industry participant. The conclusions and recommendations of this study can be applied in the financial management and analysis system of oil and gas enterprises, as well as by specialists in the field of industry-related scientific analytical work. Taking into account the specifics of the functioning of oil and gas enterprises, as well as current volatile trends in the development of the business and financial environment in the economy and this industry, an analysis of the financial condition of enterprises in this area requires an optimal combination of various methods and methods of financial analysis. Variants of this combination of modern methods have been developed and tested for industry conditions in this study.
