Features of the methodology of preparing a public prosecutor for litigation with aggressive opposition from the defense

The article is devoted to the study of problems of preparing a public prosecutor for participation in the consideration of a criminal case in court. The author formulats the concepts of «the generated position of the defense side», «a tactical method of countering the prosecution used by the defense side», «aggressive counteraction to the state prosecution». The approaches to the procedure for preparing the state prosecutor to participate in the consideration of the case in court are studied, depending on the position of the defense, its capabilities to counteract the evidence presented by the prosecution.
