Peculiarities of interpersonal communication in management

Аnnotation: Communication is one of the main aspects of our life in general and the management process in particular. The ability to transmit and receive information allows you to organize work: set goals in organizations, distribute tasks among people, discuss ways and mechanisms for their implementation and use the result obtained in the course of such cooperation. It is not surprising that knowledge of communication and the ability to effectively implement it are necessary for a successful manager. The article discusses the features of interpersonal communication in the process of managing an organization.
