Characteristics of microcirculation of patients with moderate progress of COPD and systemic arterial hypertension

47 patients with a moderate progress of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease secondary to arterial hypertension of the II degree had their figures of microcirculatory bloodstream studied using the multifunctional laser diagnostic complex “LAKK-M” in comparison with the group of apparently healthy people. There were found significant microcirculation disorders resulting into decrease of the average value of perfusion, of the intensity-of-use coefficient of oxygen consumption in tissues, of efficiency of oxygen exchange.
