Features of world outlook culture of the personality as pedagogical problem

In this work the problem of formation of world outlook culture of the personality is considered. Formation of the person as the personality from certain MKL objectively appears as process and result of self-understanding by the person of system of the world outlook values which existing in concrete culture of society and have turned into its personal valuable and semantic reference points of behavior, activity and the leading vital principles. They define the attitude of the personality towards, the profession, other people and world around as a whole, cause harmonious activity of the person identified in culture of society to whom it belongs. As a result of diagnosing of future experts, it was shown that, despite existence of the steady valuable relation at students to the chosen profession as personal and significant, the same personal and valuable relation to the object of activity of the expert in the humanitarian sphere – spiritual culture of the people wasn't revealed. And also not formation of a position of a personal responsibility at respondents for savings and distribution of moral traditions and domestic cultural values in modern reality is revealed.
