In this article various theoretical approaches to the system of employee motivation and stimulation across the globe were investigated. The effectiveness of any production process largely depends on the employee’s interest in successful working and his satisfaction. This is directly related to the system of employee motivation and stimulation that must meet modern production and economic requirements. The article presents an in-depth analysis of the models of employee motivation and stimulation across the globe, the possibility and necessity of their application at enterprises and organizations of our country is substantiated.
