The article is devoted to identifying the features of business organization models in the airlines of the “low cost” segment. The basic principles of work, tariff policy, fleet and air fleet management, "fuel" management are analyzed. It was concluded that, as part of the implementation of the strategy to increase the profitability of the “low cost” activities, airlines are constantly developing new solutions to receive additional income to their budget. Thanks to low-cost airlines, the civil air transportation market and trade in services are constantly developing.
