The article presents technique for creation of a virtual model of semicontinuous extrusion of long structural shapes of aluminum alloy. Results of computer simulation of semicontinuous extrusion process with cooling step die of alloy AD31 are formulated and comparison of results of calculation with experimental data are presented.
