Features of modelling regional socio-economic systems of high sensitivity and reaction in order to solve problems of polarization of economic space

The article proposes an approach and methodology for determining the level of sustainability of the region (Territories), tested on the basis of research analysis of the synthesized model of socio-economic systems of the regions of the Central Federal District, taking into account the mutual relationship between social, economic, technological, political and other regional subsystems, forming the optimal input parameters of the regional system regarding the specified requirements for ensuring the life of the individual, society, the state with conditions of rapid response to changes in national macroeconomic parameters and institutional conditions.
