The article presents the results of the study of morphophysiological status in students of 1-2 courses, their dependence on different levels of motor activity and adaptation of the body to two types of physical activity aerobic and anaerobic. The results obtained during the experiment reflect the nature of changes in somatometric and physiometric parameters, indicating the positive impact of additional motor activity of aerobic orientation on the adaptation of the body of students. It is established that the response of the SSS to the load in students receiving additional physical activity in the athletics section is accompanied by a sufficiently effective implementation, which indicates a better degree of functioning of the cardiorespiratory system.
