The article analyzes transportation options in Asia-Pacific countries through The Northern Sea Route considering climatic, economic, logistic features. In the West Arctic area has been determined product capacity of the main oil projects and refined potential resource base of region for providing supplies fully. Expediency of increasing in China is indicated.
