Features of staff motivation on public service

This paper examines the features of staff motivation in the public service, identifies non-material forms of staff motivation; focuses on the impact of the psychological state of employees and their social environment on labor productivity; examines the factors that affect the socio-psychological climate within the organization, as well as the tools of the motivation system that determine the desire of civil servants to work effectively.
