Features of motivation of personnel at the large industrial enterprises in the conditions of crisis

One of the activities of the HR manager is the motivation of the employees. The relevance of the chosen subject is that in the conditions of an economic crisis when in the companies it is focused on reduction of costs of production or rendering services that leads to a demotivating or reduction of employees, for effective activity of the organization the qualified, responsible and striving for good results in work employees are required. As show researches, during the crisis, heads spend the minimum expenses for motivation, and needs of personnel remain the same. Transformation of the system of stimulation and new approaches to the organization of a motivational component of activity of the enterprise is at this conjuncture necessary as to provide effective activity of the enterprises by means of the system of motivation which is developed in the organization in the conditions of stability it is impossible. In article authors studied features of the system of the motivation of staff of the large industrial enterprises of the city of Tambov and the conclusion is drawn that the standard stimulating package containing the growth of the indicators characterizing an economic and not economic component of the enterprises in crisis conditions is presented to them. Proceeding from current situation authors offered the directions of correction of the developed system of motivation: to enter into the organizations distance learning for personnel which are not employed in technical branch; to offer the workers business trips; to develop corporate spirit of employees (competitions, competitions between shops, sporting events); to enter subsidizing or allocation of loans for acquisition or improvement of housing conditions, payment of kindergarten, the organization of rest of children of personnel during vacation.
