Peculiarities of personnel motivation in customs authorities

Motivation is understood as a system of measures of moral, material, ideological and psychological impact on employees, which most adequately reflects their attitudes, values and behavior in the labor process and the team, aimed at achieving the overall goals of the organization. The article analyzes the methods of motivation of various categories of customs personnel, identifies some problems and concludes that it is necessary to improve the system of motivation in the customs authorities.
