In this article the motivation role in administrative activity of educational institution is considered. There is a question of forms of stimulation of pedagogical workers and their work. The aspect of motivation in educational institution has an important role and is actual as in modern time the number of the qualified teachers decreases in connection with insufficient incentive to such kind of activity.
