Peculiarities of motivation of personnel of innovative organization

The article presents an overview of a group of methods for stimulating and motivating employees of organizations related to innovation: methods of protecting intellectual property; methods of retaining valuable employees; methods of creating a favorable climate in the organization; methods aimed at improving the efficiency of the staff. The expediency and effectiveness of the application of the considered methods of motivation is substantiated, taking into account the predominance of intellectual labor in these organizations.
