Primary haemostasis, blood coagulation and fibrinolysis of 70 patients with desomorphine drug addiction have been investigated. It has been identified that spontaneous and induced platelet aggregation, lymphocyte-platelet adhesion were elevated. Patients demonstrated different data of blood coagulation, decrease of fibrinolysis.
