The publication provides a brief analysis of the content of legislative provisions and law enforcement practice of inheritance of land plots. Proceeding from this, the author substantiates such features of their inheritance as inheritance by several persons, inheritance of real estate on the land plot, features of lease legal relations in this area of land turnover, the need for state registration of the transfer of property rights.
