In recent years, more and more data indicate the ability of cardiovascular factors to directly affect joint tissues, leading to their ischemia, micro- thrombosis and reactive changes in bone tissue.Aim: To study the effect of arterial hypertension and hyperlipidemia on the processes of cellular stress, remodeling of the subchondral bone (SCB).Methods: The experimental reproduction of arterial hypertension, hyperlipidemia and their combination was carried out on 24 mature mumps, guinea pigs. The animals were divided into 4 groups of 6 each. In the first group, endocrine arterial hypertension (AH) was modeled. In the second group, hyperlipidemia (HL) was reproduced. In the third - a combination of AH and HL. The fourth group is intact control. On day 60, the animals were removed from the experiment, after which the tissues of the knee joints of the hind paws were harvested.results: Cardiovascular factors initiated remodeling of SCB. This process was characterized by a change in the structure of the compact and trabecular parts of it, forming a picture of nonadaptive osteogenesis...
