Features of intangible motivation of state civil employees of the regional agricultural sector in the digitalization environment

This article provides an overview of the theoretical and practical aspects of non-material motivation of state civil employees in the regional agricultural sector. The introduction reveals the relevance and purpose of this study, which is devoted to determination the most effective methods of non-material motivation of civil employees in the context of the active introduction of digital technology into management processes and the influence of these methods on the behavioral strategies of employees and the development of their professional competencies. In the article the authors present both social and psychological methods of non-material incentives for state civil employees in the agricultural sector of the region and reveal their content and the effectiveness of their implementation. Finally, the main conclusions are presented.
