Features of educational management in conditions of distance studying

The article analyzes the experience of organizing educational processes in a remote format in universities in a pandemic. At the beginning of the article, the authors explore the possibilities and features of distance learning as a form of education. The advantages and disadvantages of using information technologies in distance learning processes are highlighted. The following is a brief discussion of the most popular software products, such as e-mail; the program “Skype” (Skype); Google Docs service (Google Docs); platform “Moodle” (Moodle); program “Zoom” (Zoom). The review of the key features of these programs is supplemented by examples of unused or rarely used software features, which are also recommended for use in distance learning processes. At the final stage of the study, the authors note the important role of distance studying in the modern learning process. They also give recommendations on the implementation of educational management, taking into account the identified features of distance studying.
